Last night gave us a little more excitement than we ordered.
We had a small fire in one of the kitchens last night. Everybody's safe, and we're grateful for that more than anything.
Our team moved fast, kept their heads, and the fire department came in and helped us finish it off. Honestly, we weren't surprised, not because fires are expected, but because we know the people we have. When it mattered, they showed up exactly the way you'd hope.
We've been around this business long enough to know that kind of calm doesn't come from a handbook. It comes from people who genuinely care. We've got a lot of those, and last night reminded us just how lucky we are.
Today we’re working through inspections and taking the time to make sure everything is exactly where it should be before we fire that kitchen back up. No shortcuts, no guesswork. Just doing it right.
The Sub Shop and Smokehouse are still doing their thing, so you won’t go hungry.

At the end of the day, Banger's is all about being a wonderful place to eat, drink and hangout. Not too rowdy, not too laid back, just a good old fashioned good time.
Homemade sausage, craft beer, pig roasts, beef jerky, pickled vegetables, spring days in Texas, Sunday brunch, and all forms of Americana & country music are a few of our favorite things.
We understand that the best way isn't always the fastest or easiest way, and we're ok with that. We believe that quality food, made from scratch, can still be sold at an honest price.
